Any person may file a formal complaint in writing (by email to the Disciplinary Coordinator or by using this complaint form) where that person believes conduct has taken place that does not uphold PWSL’s Rules and/or Code of Conduct. The complaint is to be made in writing and sent to the Disciplinary Coordinator which will then be reviewed with the PWSL Presdient & Vice-President, and the rest of the Executive Committee whenever it is deemed necessary.
